Privacy Statement
Dear visitors!Thank you for visiting our websites. We want you to feel safe when visiting our websites, so we would like to inform you in the following about how your data will be handled. The following privacy statement has been created to inform you about how we handle the collection, use and forwarding of personal data.
- Disclaimer for links
Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH expressly declares that all linked sites were free of illegal contents when their links were created. We cannot influence the linked sites' design or content—now or in the future.
Therefore, Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH expressly dissociates itself from all contents of all linked sites which are altered after their links are created. This declaration applies to all links and references contained in our own internet offerings.
For illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents, and especially for damages arising from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, only the operator of the site to which the reference was made is responsible—not Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH - Personal data
If you transmit personal data on our websites electronically, such as your name, email address, address, or other personal information, we will use that data only for the purpose indicated, keep it safe, and will not forward it to third parties. The provider will collect and store information on the web server automatically, such as the browser used, the operating system, referring page, IP address, time of access, etc. These data cannot be assigned to any particular person without inspecting additional data sources, and we will not evaluate this data further unless our website is being used illegally. - Form data and comments
Whenever website visitors leave comments or enter data into forms, that data and their IP addresses will be stored. This is done for security reasons, in case anyone creates illegal content (abusive language, extreme left- or right-wing propaganda, hate posting, etc.). In this case, our interest in the author's identity is for tracking purposes. - Cookies
Cookies are small files that enable our website to save specific information about the user on the user's computer while our website is being visited. Cookies help us determine the frequency and number of visitors to our internet sites, and to design our offerings to be efficient and user-friendly for the visitor. We use session cookies, which are cached only while our website is being used, as well as permanent cookies, which retain information about visitors who access our website repeatedly. We use cookies to provide optimal user guidance, and to recognise visitors so we can show them interesting contents on an attractive website when they return. A permanent cookie contains only an identification number. No names, IP addresses, etc., will be stored. No individual profile about user behaviour will be formed. Our offerings can also be used without cookies. Visitors can deactivate the storage of cookies in their browsers, limit this storage to certain websites, or set their own browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.) to generate a message whenever a cookie is sent. Visitors can also delete cookies from their PCs' hard drives at any time. Please keep in mind, however, that doing so will restrict the site's presentation and user guidance. Hier geht es zur Cookie Erklärung » - Google Analytics
Unsere Website benutzt Google Analytics, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Inc. („Google“). Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies: text files which are stored on users' computers to analyse how they use the website. The information the cookie generates about website use is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and then stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, Google will truncate users' IP addresses beforehand, within Member States of the EU or other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of this website's operator, Google will use this information to evaluate website use, assemble reports about website activity, and render services for the webmaster regarding website and internet use. The IP address transferred from the visitor's browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. Visitors can adjust their browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored. However, this might also prevent the website's functions from being fully utilised. Moreover, users can prohibit Google from recording or processing the data generated by the cookies regarding their use of the website (including their IP address). Users can also prevent Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in found under the following link: (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). You can find more detailed information about usage conditions and data protection under: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de - SiteImprove
This website uses Siteimprove Analytics, a web analysis service from Siteimprove GmbH. Siteimprove Analytics uses cookies: text files which are stored on users' computers to analyse how they use the website. The information that the cookie generates about website use (including the user's encrypted IP address) is transferred to and stored on a server operated by Siteimprove in Denmark. Siteimprove uses the information to evaluate website use and assemble reports on website activity for the website operators. Siteimprove will not forward this information to third parties. IP addresses will be irreversibly anonymised before collected data are visible through Siteimprove Analytics. Users can adjust their browser settings to prevent cookies from being installed. However, this will also prevent them from using all of this website's functions to their full capacity. By using this website, the user grants Siteimprove permission to process the data collected about that user, in the type and manner described below and for the purpose named above. - Data processing in connection with the Wheel of Fortune Sweepstakes
As part of our lottery contract with participants, we collect personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, mobile number, postcode, country, time of participation in the lottery) in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1(b) in order to run the wheel of fortune - Sweepstakes and sending of advertising via newsletter. The participants digitally agree to the contract, winners will be notified and their names will be published on the website. The data collected will not be passed on to third parties. False information such as fake e-mails or false names are not permitted. The sending of the newsletter can be revoked at any time (see 5. Data processing when ordering our newsletter). - Incorporating third-party content and services
These online offerings might incorporate third-party content—a booking system from Kognitiv (formerly seekda), online games from artworks, videos from YouTube, maps from Google-Maps, or RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, for example. This always assumes that the provider of these contents (hereinafter "third-party provider") can detect a user's IP address. For without that IP address, the contents cannot be sent to that user's browser. So the IP address is necessary to display these contents. We try to use only contents whose provider uses IP addresses exclusively to deliver those contents. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party provider might store the IP addresses (for statistical purposes, for example). If we know whether this is the case, we will inform our visitors accordingly. - Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. This means that Google AdWords will place a cookie on the visitor's computer if this is demanded via a Google ad on our website. Such cookies will become invalid after thirty days, and do not identify anyone personally. If the user visits certain pages from the website of an AdWords customer before the cookie has expired, Google and the customer can see that the user has clicked on the ad and was directed to this page. Every AdWords customer is given another cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained through the conversion cookies helps create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have chosen conversion tracking. The AdWords customers learn the total number of users who have clicked on their ads and been directed to a page which has been given a conversion tracking tag. However, they receive no information which could identify the user personally. For the tracking procedure to work, cookies must be placed. But visitors wishing not to participate in the tracking procedure can change their browser settings to deactivate the placement of cookies in general. Visitors can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting the browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". Google's data privacy statement regarding conversion tracking can be seen here. - Facebook Remarketing, Retargeting and Pixel
Remarketing tags of the social network Facebook, headquarters 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into our website. Whenever users visit our site, a direct connection is established between their browser and the Facebook server via the remarketing tags. This informs Facebook that you have visited our site with your IP address. This allows Facebook to allocate a user's visit to our site to their user account. We can use the information obtained in this way to show Facebook ads. Please be aware that as site provider we have no knowledge about the contents of transmitted data or their use by Facebook.
Further information available on: Facebook's Data Policy
If data collection via Custom Audiences is not desired, Custom Audiences can be deactivated at any time here. - Newsletter
Visitors can subscribe to a newsletter through our website. If they wish to do so, we will need the visitor's email address and declaration that they agree to subscribe to the newsletter. As soon as the user has registered for the newsletter, we will send them a confirmation email with a link to confirm their registration. Users can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. - Dialogmail
To send and analyse emails (such as the newsletter or customer information), we use the software „dialog-Mail“. This allows us to analyse openings or clicks, so that we can adapt our information offerings to our users' needs accordingly and make targeted use of information. - PadiAct
To actively generate new newsletter registrations, we use the software "PadiAct" from the company PadiCode. However, the data collected by PadiAct is transmitted directly to dialog-Mail (see above) and not stored in PadiAct. - Surveys
With our online surveys, we ask visitors for feedback so we can continue to improve our services. To do so, we use the product by the third-party provider "Survey Monkey", whose data protection policy is stated under https://de.surveymonkey.com/mp/policy/privacy-policy/#respondents. Survey Monkey does not obtain access to data. The servers are hosted and processed in the USA and other non-EU countries in which Survey Monkey is offered. Participation in the surveys is voluntary, and users can close or discontinue them at any time. Some surveys are conducted anonymously, some are not. The information obtained includes survey answers, user data, device data, referral data, information from page tags and the user's email address, if these are used. - WhatsApp Service
Communication via WhatsApp is facilitated by the service "WhatsATool", which is offered and operated by the company atms Telefon- und Marketing Service (Saturn Tower, Leonard - Bernstein - Straße 10, 1220 Vienna). WhatsATool uses user data exclusively to enable us to send individual messages through the communication channel WhatsApp.
Messages are stored only to allow Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH to reply to the user with individually defined messages. This data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent. All data stored through WhatsATool will be processed and hosted in Europe and subject to EU data protection. Neither Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH nor its service provider atms have any influence over data stored through the instant-messaging service WhatsApp.
The messages exchanged through WhatsApp run on an IT infrastructure whose essential elements are retained abroad—in non-European countries, to be specific—and are not subject to EU data protection.
By sending Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH the initial message (WhatsApp message with the text "START"), the user agrees to have the data that have been collected about them processed by WhatsATool, for the indicated purpose and in the manner described above.
Users can always end our service with an individual message. Just send us a WhatsApp message with the text "STOP". Users will then receive no further messages from Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau GmbH until they register again. Their telephone number and username will then be deleted from the messaging platform.
